Registration

Step 1 - Information you will need before you start

Please read the following information and ensure that you have all the necessary documents before proceeding to the online form.

Information required:

• if you have had previous dealings with OSR for any other revenue type, use your existing client ID

• your ABN or ARBN – your business name and type of business will be retrieved from the Australian Business Register

• if the business is a trust you must enter the ABN of the trust

• address details

• contact name and daytime telephone number

• when the business first started to employ

• the date you first employed staff in NSW and/or Interstate

• current and past four years worth of NSW and/or interstate wage details including superannuation and FBT

• details of other group member wages.

Grouping

• list the names of all group members who pay wages and directors' fees in NSW and/or Interstate
