Any changes to your organisation’s name, since the exemption was approved. If the name has changed, you will need to provide the new name of the organisation.
Any changes to the organisation’s governing rules (specifically the organisation’s objects and/or non-profit status) since the exemption was approved. These include the organisation’s:
constitution
rules
memorandum
articles of association.
If the governing rules have changed, you will need to send us a letter detailing the changes and supply a copy of your most recent governing rules.
Any commercial activities undertaken by the organisation.
