if you are already a registered OSR client for any other revenue type, you will need to enter your existing client ID. Your client ID is generally included on correspondence from OSR
contact name and daytime phone number
address details
the date you first became liable for the parking space levy
SP or DP number (can be obtained from your land and council rate notice or Land and Property Information Notice of Valuation)
if you are a company, your ABN or SFN for superannuation funds
your banking details if you wish to receive any refunds owing to you via direct credit:
BSB number
account number
financial institution
branch.
