Rates and leviable districts
The parking space levy applies in two leviable districts. From 1 July 2011 rates for these districts are as follows:
Category 1 districts and rates
Business districts in this category include the City of Sydney and parts of North Sydney and Milsons Point.
The annual levy for liable parking spaces in category 1 districts is $2,100.

Business districts in this category include Bondi Junction, Chatswood, Parramatta and St Leonards.
The annual levy for liable parking spaces in category 2 districts is $740.
