Owners of non-residential parking spaces in Sydney, North Sydney and Milsons Point business districts are liable to pay an annual levy of $2000 for each parking space that is not exempt.

Owners of non-residential parking spaces in Bondi Junction, Chatswood, Parramatta and St Leonards are liable to pay an annual levy of $710 for each parking space that is not exempt.
