Returns
As of 1 July each year, owners of premises on which there is (or was during the previous financial year) a parking space to which the Parking Space Levy Act 2009 applies must (unless exempt) send a return to the Chief Commissioner on or before 1 September in that financial year.
The parking space levy annual booklet is issued at the end of July every year. It contains instructions on how to complete your annual return online as well as instructions on how to pay the levy.
