Regulating gaming in clubs and hotels
The NSW Office of Liquor, Gaming and Racing is responsible for the development, implementation and integrity of the overall regulation of gaming in clubs and hotels.
The Casino, Liquor and Gaming Control Authority has numerous ancillary powers relating to the operation of gaming machines and general control over licensed premises and registered clubs. It is responsible for performing gaming machine regulatory and other decision-making functions on behalf of government in regards to gaming in licensed venues.
