Land tax registration

What is the online land tax form?

You can use the online land tax form to:

  • register for land tax

  • view your property details and land values

  • tell us if you have purchased or sold a property

  • request a new exemption or update a current exemption

  • update your postal and contact details

  • view or print your current assessment (existing clients only).

When you complete your registration or update your details using the online form you will also receive a lodgement reference number confirming your registration or update.

What if I am a first time user?

If you have not used the online land tax form before you will need to register.

To register you will need a client ID and a correspondence ID. If you have received a land tax assessment notice or letter from us in the past 18 months, you can find this information on the top right-hand corner of the letter or notice.

If you have not received a recent notice or letter, contact us during business hours and we will arrange your login details immediately over the phone.
