We believe that the majority of our clients will comply if they understand their obligations, and so we have a strong focus on providing resources and advice to assist.
We are also strongly committed to deterring, detecting and dealing with fraud and serious evasion of taxes, duties and benefits. Where we identify non-compliance we can apply interest and penalties and, in some cases, may also prosecute non-complying individuals and organisations.
