Legislative amendments 2007 - Duties

Duties Amendment (First Home Plus One) Act 2007

Amends the following Acts:

Duties Act 1997

Extends the First Home Plus scheme to first home owners who purchase their home under a shared equity arrangement.

Land Tax Management Act 1956

Enables the principal place of residence exemption to be claimed by first home buyers who purchase their home under a shared equity arrangement and are eligible for a duty concession under First Home Plus One.
