NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal

The NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) was established on 1 January 2014 and consolidates the work of 22 NSW tribunals including the Administrative Decisions Tribunal. The NCAT provides tribunal services for the people of NSW that are quick, accessible, economical and effective.
