NSW Housing Construction Acceleration Plan

From 1 July 2009, the NSW Government has introduced a housing stimulus for people outside the first home buyer market, cutting duty by 50% for people buying newly constructed properties with a value not exceeding $600,000.

The Housing Construction Acceleration Plan concluded on 30 June 2010.
