Payment options

Pay your payroll tax using one of the following options:

Online payment (direct debit)

Online payment

Calculate and pay your payroll tax online using the:

  • Monthly calculator and annual reconciliation

  • You can schedule a future dated payment once you have calculated your tax liability. When the future dated payment option is used the payment will be automatically made via the online system on the date requested. The future payment date selected must be on or before the due date for payroll tax.

Note: you must be registered to use this facility. You can register during the payment process

When making a BPAY payment, remember to include the Biller Code and Reference Number printed on your remittance slip/letter.

Make an electronic payment - our account details are:

  • BSB: 032 001

  • Account name: OSR EPS Tax Remitting Account

Remember to list your Electronic Payment Code (printed on your remittance slip/letter) in the lodgement reference field. Contact your bank if you are unsure of how to use this facility.

Pay by credit card

Pay by credit card (MasterCard or Visa) by phone or online. Transactions up to a maximum of $50,000 (e.g. payments of up to $50,000 if paying in full or payments of up to $50,000 for each instalment if paying by instalments). A card payment fee of 0.5% applies. The fee is not subject to GST.

Post your payment

Post your payment

Detach the remittance slip at the bottom of your OSR assessment notice and post it with your payment to:

  • The Chief Commissioner of State Revenue

  • GPO Box 530

  • SYDNEY NSW 1159

Cheques should be made payable to the Chief Commissioner of State Revenue and should include your name and client ID on the back.

Pay in person at any Australia Post Office by cash, cheque or EFTPOS.
